A Fly On The Cart Wheel

Is our experience of “free will” just an illusion? Are we like a fly on the side of a rotating cart wheel moving up and down, experiencing happiness and sadness, imagining itself as the cause for the movements, while the cart trundles along with a much larger purpose? This question initially appears inconspicuously in Amit’s mind as he meanders through real-life situations, but soon turns into a feverish quest. Finally, a deeper understanding dawns which changes him forever.

This is not Amit’s journey alone. We are all on our own personal, internal journey, and this book will act as a beacon along that path.

The Mission

My mission is to get more people to recognize, understand and live their “Own Personal Mission (OPM).” This will demand a big shift from our current mercenary existence, where we sell our time‒and indeed our soul‒to accumulate wealth much in excess of our needs, to a more missionary state of being. Not a religious missionary, but a missionary nonetheless‒committed to a purpose much higher than we would have ever imagined, and a life that is not superficial and distracting, but very intense and all-consuming.
